Most oat creams are merely white and pourable. This one is cultured, like a crème fraîche, so that it has a gentle acidity and a reason to sit beside smoked fish or roast tomatoes.
Certified gluten-free oats, nothing from a cow, nothing from a bean. Thick enough to dollop; loosened with a little of its whey it will dress a salad.
