This is a static website. It does not run an account system, a shop checkout, or a newsletter database. If you write to us, we see what you send.

Who we are

Free From Shop, reachable at hello@freefromshop.com, presents this brand showcase and invites enquiries about acquiring the domain and website. We are not currently operating a consumer food business through this site.

What we collect

We do not host a form processor. The contact form opens your own email client. If you email us, we process your name, address and message in order to reply — a legitimate interest in corresponding, and, where you ask about a sale, steps toward a contract.

Our host and DNS provider may keep ordinary server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build a marketing profile.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. See our cookie note.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share a message with a professional adviser if needed to complete a domain or website transfer, or if the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and you may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Write to hello@freefromshop.com. We keep enquiry emails only as long as the conversation (and any sale) requires.

This site is not directed at children. Please do not send us personal information about a child.
