Cashews, soaked and blended, cultured until they taste of something. A little chickpea miso for depth, lemon for lift. The texture is closer to a young chèvre than to a cream cheese — which is the point.
Serve with oat crackers, or fold through warm buckwheat pasta with black pepper. Contains tree nuts, obviously and unapologetically.
