Chocolate that happens to be dairy-free, rather than dairy-free chocolate. Cacao mass, a little coconut sugar, cocoa butter, salt. No lecithin from soya; no milk crumb trying to recapture a childhood bar.
Scored so that it breaks cleanly. For the four o’clock gap, or after supper with a small coffee.
